Launch draft: this must be reviewed and completed for the organizer's actual legal identity, tax residence, payment providers and launch jurisdictions before accepting money.

Nature of payment

Payments are voluntary and unrestricted. They are not represented as purchases, charitable donations, investments, loans, securities, wagers, sweepstakes entries, or consideration for goods or services.

No return

A contributor receives no product, service, equity, token, NFT, ownership interest, repayment right, reward, prize, profit share, financial return, exclusive access, or promise of future value.

Use of funds

Subject to applicable law, payment-provider requirements, refunds, chargebacks, taxes and disclosed project costs, funds may be used by the organizer for any lawful purpose, including personal purposes and investments.

Large or unusual payments

Payments may be rejected, delayed, reviewed, limited or refunded for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, payment-provider requirements, legal compliance, technical errors or other legitimate compliance reasons.

Taxes

No representation is made that any payment is tax-deductible or tax-exempt.
